Two years have passed since I last stood by my own stove in this outfit. Many things have changed since then—both outside and within. There were tough days, questions, new beginnings... but one thing has never left me: my passion for cooking. 

Now I am here again—the same person, but perhaps a little deeper, more patient, more refined. We are reopening the restaurant, and along with it, I am opening something within myself: a kitchen that is simultaneously rooted in tradition and exploring new paths. 

Where every plate is a small creation, every guest experience is an invitation to silence, flavors, and the present moment. 

I am waiting for you—old friends, new explorers—for a plate of food, a glass of wine, and a moment that we can experience together.
